OBN’s
subsidiaries are divided into functional groups based on the
industry sectors. The primary functional groups are described
below. |
ENTERTAINMENT
GROUP |
|
The
OBN Entertainment Group is comprised of four subsidiaries: Omni
Broadcasting and All Sports Television Network, television broadcasting
companies; Eclectic Entertainment, a film and television production
company; and Retro Records, a music recording company. All three
firms are based in the United States. In addition to providing
advertising outlets for all of our companies, distribution and
merchandising are essential components of all entertainment related
operations. |
MANUFACTURING
AND DISTRIBUTION GROUP |

An
OBN acquisition under this group includes a license for proprietary
method to recycle various types of plastics, and produces products
via injection molding. Additionally, OBN acquired Kyodo USA,
an American trading company that sells meat products from Mexico
to distributors in Japan. |
TECHNOLOGY
GROUP |
|
The
OBN Technology Group consists of Filmhook, an internet broadband
and digital distribution portal based in Las Vegas, Nevada,
USA. The group also includes intelligent traffic light technology
licenses acquired from the Peoples Republic of China. OBN is
currently developing strategies for exploiting the technology
in the United States. |
MERGERS
& ACQUISITIONS |

The
OBN Mergers and Acquisition Division is responsible for identifying,
evaluating and negotiating the acquisition of suitable profitable
companies and, in some instances function as a business incubator.
The types of assets sought include established profitable businesses,
developed and undeveloped real estate, and oil and gas properties.
Assets acquired are not limited to specific industries or geographic
regions. Once acquired, the subsidiary is integrated into the
OBN’s development programs. |
