OBN
Holdings Financial Information
In 2007, in order to increase
OBN Holdings’ shareholder value, we elected to shift our
business model from a vertically-integrated entertainment company
into an internationally diverse multi-industry conglomerate.
Since the shift was made, the value of your company has grown
significantly. The statements show that the company increased
its net worth from the previous fiscal year by nearly $5 million,
resulting in a positive shareholder value of $3.5 million. The
earnings per share increased from a negative $0.15 to a positive
$0.19 per share. Moreover, total assets rose from $0.45 million
to over $5.4 million while total liabilities were reduced from
$2.0 million to under $1.8 million. The charts below provide
information of that growth. For a complete copy of OBN Holdings’

Our new business model
has been in place for a very short time. We expect significant
growth to continue at a rate of at least 10% to 15% per year
for a minimum of 5 years. Moreover, since we are, and will continue
to be, diversified internationally, economic downturns should
not have significant effect on our growth and development.
