Broadcasting Network is a broadcast television network
designed to deliver quality programming to viewers nationwide.
The network’s target viewing audience is adults 25 years
of age and older. Omni will air programming that can be comfortably
viewed by the whole family – i.e., no gratuitous sex or
violence. Additionally, Omni offers a block of programming geared
for children. |

Eclectic
Entertainment provides television and feature film production,
distribution and television syndication services for all of the
entities under the OBN Holdings umbrella, and for third parties.
The company is also incorporating media content into new technologies
such as the internet, cell phones and digital signage. Eclectic’s
activities are currently focused on America, Asia and the Middle
East. |

Music
on Demand (“MOD”) was originally developed
as a new kind of television program featuring singers and bands
performing live at one of the hottest clubs in Hollywood, California.
In our desire to provide a larger number of artists exposure to
a larger number of viewers, we shifted our focus from the television
airwaves in America to make it possible for musicians to watch
and share original videos worldwide through a Web experience.
MOD allows people to easily upload and share video clips on www.watchmod.com
and across the Internet through websites, mobile devices, blogs,
and email. |

Retro
Records specializes in the distribution of new music
performed by established recording artists that have previously
released gold and platinum albums, but do not currently have a
recording contract. Retro’s function is to provide the marketing,
promotion and distribution of the new material. Through the use
of the OBN Holdings television outlets and production capabilities,
Retro is able to promote its recording projects in a manner that
is normally cost prohibitive to other independent record companies. |

Film
Hook is a broadband website focusing on the digital streaming
and downloading of independent and vintage feature films and television
series from producers worldwide. Content is secured with the latest
technology, and is capable of accommodating traffic in the hundreds
of thousands. Members of the site can select and watch content
free of charge, and participate in all community and social networking
features including, ability to rate and comment on content, blog
and social network with other members. Content can also be downloaded
for a nominal fee, and viewed on computers, the Microsoft X-Box,
and on portable players. |

Kyodo
USA, Inc. is a trading company that has been in business
for approximately 15 years. The company is involved in import/export
and entertainment coordination. Kyodo's major activity recently
is buying pork products from Mexico, and selling them to distributors
in Japan. The company also works with Japanese music promoters
as a coordinator for major American entertainers to perform in
Japan. Additionally, Kyodo has coordinated the production of various
music project between the US and Japan. |

Foshan
Plastics, which is scheduled to begin operations in 2008,
will be converting recyclable and non-recyclable plastics into
products that can be used in a variety of applications. The majority
of the processed plastic will be resold to other manufactures,
but the company also uses it in their own applications. Additionally,
the company will be developing a number consumer and commercial
products for distribution. |
